At Balm of Gilead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and at least 75% of the product remains for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the skincare products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
